1. Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed in our online store are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking “Pay with PayPal” or “Pay Now” (credit card), you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.

Order confirmation is sent immediately after placing your order but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. Acceptance occurs either by sending an order confirmation email.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last item.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel, we will refund all payments (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of shipment.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for any diminished value only if caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

5. Warranty

For obvious defects, including transport damage, please notify us or the shipping company immediately. Legal warranty rights remain unaffected.

If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments received without delay.

PayPal: Payment is made via your PayPal account. Your account will be charged upon shipment.

Credit Card (Stripe): Payment is made during checkout. Your card will be charged upon shipment.

Prices: All prices are in displayed in your country`s currency and exclude shipping costs.

8. Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received.

Contract-related communication may be conducted electronically.

We have no control over third-party content linked on our site and disclaim responsibility for them.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may amend these terms if legal, regulatory, or technical changes occur. Changes will be communicated via email three weeks in advance. If you do not object within three weeks, consent is deemed given.
