You can order no matter where you are based. Shipping is worldwide! Conversions from other currencies will be handled automatically at checkout with the payment provider.

SIZING

If you are unsure of your size, recommended is to measure the needed areas before ordering. The sizecharts show the measurements of the item, so that you know how wide or small certain areas are. That way you can decide which size would be fitting for you. 

RETURNS

If you have purchased full price items at www.me-dic-al.com you are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Discounted items or sale items are only eligible for store credit. For returns, please notify the return via mail within 14 days of arrival of the purchase. Just state which items you want to return and the reason for the return. The items must be unworn and unwashed in order to be refunded.The shipping back will not be covered. RETURNS FOR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Pre-order items can be exchanged or refunded only after the receiving of your order. You can not refund or exchange a pre-ordered item before arrival of your purchase. The refund or exchange is only eligable for 14 days after arrival of your purchase. The item must be in unworn condition and undamaged. The shipping back will not be covered. For returns or exchange, please notify via mail within 14 days of arrival of the purchase. It is suggested to separately order pre-ordered items from in-stock items, since the pre-ordered items may delay the date of shipping.

EXCHANGES

For an exchange, please notify the exchange via mail within 14 days of arrival of the purchase. You need to ship your order to the address provided in the email you receive. Once the item is received back to Me Dic Al, it will be exchanged to the new item. The shipping back will not be covered. So please make sure to choose the right size before ordering.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately. Me Dic Al will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 14 days of receipt, when the items are unworn and unwashed. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed.
