We handmade every item, so processing of an order can take 10-14 workdays as specifically noted in each product description.

Shipping

Shipping duration can vary from country to country, on average it takes 10-14 workdays from South Korea. When the package is given to the destinations posting service, their delivery policy applies.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and ensure successful delivery or timely pickup at their local postal service or delivery hub.

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us due to Missed delivery attempts, or Failure to collect from the post office, or Refusal to pay import/customs fees, the customer will be eligible for a refund only for the product(s) cost, excluding the shipping cost and custom duties.
